The on-line registration link to register to the BSTH Annual Meeting 2011 is now open. Please click here for acces.

Procedure
The registration form should be used for Congress Registration. All participants must register using the official registration form online, click on 'registration BSTH'. All participants must submit a completed registration form. The BSTH Congress requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and email address. Incomplete registration forms cannot be processed.

Evening program
All registered participants are invited to join the evening program:

• Reception - and walking dinner on Thursday night at 19h30.

Registration fee
Pre booking rate: the registration fee is € 75,- at registration up to October 15, including:

Registration fee after October 15 and registration on-site is € 85,-.

Payment can be done only by bank transfer to the account no: 735-0148892-82 in the name of the Belgian Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis by mentioning "BSTH meeting 11" and your name. Foreign payments: IBAN: BE25 7350 1488 9282.

Free Registration for medical students
Medical students have free access to the Annual Meeting. Status has to be attested by letter or mail from mentor.

Registration deadlines
For payments done after November 10, a proof of payment will be requested.

Confirmation
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the Meeting venue when collecting their documents.
